Sometime in the near future, we should begin seeing the new blog designs in place.
First to change will be the main blog page:
http://blogs.mysanantonio.com/weblogs/
It'll still have a main item with a large piece of art and two "editor's picks" blogs, but there will be six teased to, instead of four.
Plus, the blogs themselves will be grouped by area of interest, instead of just running down the page helter-skelter.
A little later (again, time TBD), you'll see a complete redesign of your own blogs.
Some improvements:
• More entries per page. (Seven, up from the puny four we currently display.)
• The ability to turn "pages," drilling deeper into older entries.
• A much more visible and inviting commentary box.
• Just overall better design.
I'm hoping you'll like it. As with any sort of big change like this, there will be hiccups. Please bear with us through all of that.
I'll try to keep you posted.
